Leadership
Zach Schroeder
CTW Director
As a Next Gen Pastor, Zach has a deep passion for the Next Generation—constantly dreaming, believing, and trusting that God is calling each individual to something greater. With over 20 years of ministry experience, Zach has built a strong network that brings people together for a common purpose. He believes there is nothing more powerful than seeing the Next Generation become fully devoted followers of Christ. How does this happen? By being the church, being with the people, and helping them step into who God has truly created them to be. Together, We Can Change the World!
“Hey Everyone,
I'm Zach Schroeder, and my wife Weslee and I, along with our three precious daughters, live in Nashville, TN.
Almost 20 years ago, my heart broke for my hometown, Madisonville, Texas. Growing up in a city where churches were mostly segregated, I felt called to be the church and take it to the people. With that conviction, Weslee and I loaded up a van full of teenagers from Lavaca, Arkansas, and headed to Texas—with little more than faith and a willingness to serve.
That first trip was built on the simple idea of showing up and being the people God called us to be. It was just enough to get us through.
Today, that same passion has grown into a movement. Now, teenagers and college students—young leaders from across the country—come together to Change the World”

“Hello! My name is Caroline Hinson. My first trip down to Madisonville was in 2009 back when I was in high school. I fell in love with the city and have had the unique opportunity to continue to serve with CTW since I get summers off. I served for many summers in various roles and joined the leadership team in 2020. I love getting to come back each year and continue to build relationships with all of the kiddos. It's crazy how much they grow! I currently live in Flower Mound, TX with my husband, Ethan. We welcomed our daughter to our family in February 2024 and she's already made her first CTW appearance.”

I love Change the World because it has played a huge part of my life. It is where I felt God move in my life for the first time and the place where i have met many lifelong friends. Every year I get a nice reminder of how faithful God has been to me and the importance of changing the world, one heart at a time. I love the opportunity I have with CTW to point each and every person to Jesus and see what happens next!“
